The Naples Cathedral is a Roman Catholic cathedral, and also the main church of Naples, to the southern Italy. Widely known by the name, Cattedrale di San Gennaro, it is dedicated to the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary.
The main attraction of this historic building is the interior part where the Chapel of the Treasure of St. Gennaro is situated, the altarpieces by Domenichino, the rich high altar by Francesco Solimena and many other artworks.
