The Panini Museum Collection is one of the finest collections of Maserati cars and can be found in Cittanova, near Modena. This museum is entirely run by the West Company, which is owned by the Panini family, so avoids a 'branded' or 'corporate' fee of many car museums. The museum houses remarkable cars from Maserati's backcatalogue and offers a complete as well as a fascinating insight into the most vital landmarks in the history of Maserati.
The cars have been carefully restored and preserved by the Panini family. Initially, it was started by the Maserati brothers and the display comprises of more than 23 cars.
Some of the cars present in the collection are the Boomerang, Eldorado, Berlinetta, 4CM 1500 and Tipo 6CM. Other collection of cars include Allemano bodied A6G-2000/C, 3500GT, 5000GT, Quattroporte, Ghibli Coupé, Ghibli Spyder, Simun, Khamsin, Bora and many other models. This is a total must for anyone touring Italy's car museums and factories - and is also of interest for fans of the uniquely italian passion for style, beauty and engineering.
A visit to this well stored museum is by appointment only.
