Ferrara offers to its visitors many cultural attractions. You must visit:
The beautiful Estense Castle, built in 1385 in the centre of the town.
The Cathedral, built in the 12th century is one of the most beautiful example of the Romanesque style.
Other religious monument are:
Oratorio dell’Annunziata, Monastero of Corpus Domini and the Monastero of S. Antonio in Polesine which contains some frescoes by the school of Giotto.
In Ferrara you will also find a great choice of Museums and Pinacotecs.
