Galla Placidia Mausoleum is situated in the backyard of San Vitale in Ravenna city in Italy. This historic site is known for its ancient and beautiful mosaics. As per the tradition, this site was made to house the tomb of Galla Placidia, the daughter of Emperor Theodosius. It was built between 425 and 433 and is a beautifully architectural designed building.
