Few restaurants in Rome have mantained the true characters they held in the past. Quality of food is easy to find but is that all that is really necessary?
Personally I value the character of a restaurant just as much. Da Enzo is the perfect combination of the above. The restaurant is as loud, rude and cheery staff with a good heart and one of the best meals you can hope for. Try the famous agnello allo scottadito or the trippa alla romana and you’ll never set foot in a swanky place again.
