The Roman Forum is sometimes known by its original Latin name, and is situated between the Capitoline hill and the Palatine hill in Rome. This is also the central area around which the ancient Roman civilization developed. The locals refer to this location as the “Forum Magnum”. This site was the economical and the political center of Rome during the Republic.
