Villa d'Este is a villa at Tivoli near to Rome and is a masterpiece of the Italian Garden which is included in the UNESCO World Heritage list too. One can get to see impressive concentration of nymphs, fountains, music and plays of water, and a similar replica of European gardens in the baroque and mannerist styles. This historic site is a fine example of the Italian Renaissance garden and architecture. This place and garden was created in 1550 for Cardinal Ippolito II d'Este. Pirro Ligorio is the architect behind the construction of this amazing place, garden, statues and monuments.

Opening hours: 0900 to 1000 and closes before sunset. Closed on Monday and on 1st January, 1st May and 25th December.
