The Galata Museo del Mare had been built in the year 2004 in order to celebrate ‘Year of Culture’. One can learn about lives of passengers, emigrants, and sailors in this museum. It stands out from its counterparts in terms of innovations and quality. Certain parts are still being renovated; so that visitors can get a fair idea the above-mentioned era.
