Tourist Guide Rapallo
Rapallo can be described as one of the communes located in ‘province of Genoa’, Liguria, within Italy’s northern part. It’s, in fact, a portion of Tigullio Gulf. Moreover, it’s situated between Chiavari and Portofino.
Climate of Rapallo is quite moderate. Also, major portion of town happens to be upon ‘fairly leveled land’. Several villas have been built in hills which rise at the next instant; right behind Rapallo; rendering protection from sturdy northern winds.
Rapallo area has been included in Parco Naturale Regionale di Portofindo; thereby having encompassed territory consisting of 6 communes.
The very-1st settlement happens to trace back to 8th century BC; even if findings haven’t clarified it to be Greek or Etruscan. Having conquered in 643 by Lombards, Rapallo got included in county of ‘Genoa’ under ‘Charlemagne’. Name of this city happens to appear in one of the documents from ‘964’ in a ‘document’.
