The Civic Museum- Pinacoteca di Palazzo Volpi is located in what once was the noble house of Volpi. It is an art gallery which now houses sculptures and paintings of the early Middle Ages, Romanesque, municipal and Visconti, paintings by Renaissance and the Barosque works of the seven, eight and twentieth century.
The musuem has vast collections of the paintings and sculptures from the middle ages of some of the famous artists of Rome. The Civic Museum attracts the attention of large number of tourists and artists every year.
