The Silk Museum was inaugurated in 1990 and displays the history of the Silk Industry in Como. It is situated in the building of Textile school, the Setificio and occupies about 900 square meters. The entrance displays the woks’ timeclocks and main hall displays the silkworm breeding. There are various machines on display which actually show the entire process before weaving.
