A palace is built in eclectic style in Piazza XX Settembre in a stunning location overlooking the Lungolario. Piazza XX Settembre is a two story house started constructing in the year 1927 and completed in 1930. The palace was also called as palace of fears because the building was built to be made the headquarters of the Intendenza di Finanza. It has been the popular tourists’ attraction in the Lecco since many years and catches attention of many architects and visitors around Lombardy and also is a great centre point for orientation around the city.
