Buses are a popular way of getting around in the city of Turin. They are operated by GTT and there is a competent system of city connections for them. Visitors need to buy the bus tickets before getting on it.
The tickets can be purchased from all the several ticket offices located on stations, all the tobacconists and even some of the bars. The buses run from the morning to late night.
The yellow buses are divided for the urban and suburban destinations. Suburban tickets are charged a little more than the urban tickets and are valid for seventy minutes.
