The Museo dell'automobile in Turin commemorates the progress of automobile industry in the region. This museum exemplifies the start of automobile industry in the region having a vast collection of sports cars and motors.
It opened in 1957 and is now one of the most visited tourist attractions in the city with collection like wide range of vintage cars and other cars from the 19th and the 20th centuris.
About 80 brands have at least one model shown in the museum and 8 countries are represented, from Italy to United States. Some of them are still in business, others closed a long time ago.
