Along River Po’s left bank, between Umberto I Bridge and Isabella bridge, the biggest mass with regards to such an urban mass is ‘Parco del Valentino’. It used to serve as ‘hunting reserve’ for Savoy family’ once upon a time. This park was opened for public in the year 1856. Enclosed area would come out to be 550000 sq. meters; that too, divided by flower beds, paths, little woods, valleys and hills.
