The Church of San Francesco is situated in the east side of the town and is outside of the XII century walls. This is a very beautiful and simple building which has a vast hall with brick walls. The roof itself is supported by the tie ups and ends with three chapels which have groined vaults. The entrance to this church has a big portal with a lunette and a rose window above it.
