Lake Garda happens to be the biggest lake all over Italy. It falls in the category of Alpine regions. Moreover, Lake Garda had been formed out of glaciers towards end of ‘last’ ice age. Lake as well as shoreline on its part have been divided amongst provinces of Trento, Brescia, and Verona. As it’s easily accessible through Brenner pass from north, it has become a major tourist attraction.
