This is a wonderful structure built in the thirteenth century in northern Italy and is also called as Palazzo della Ragione. It has a roof shaped like the bottom of a sailing ship and is surrounded by several terraces. There is an Assembly Hall and Salone on the upper region of the structure with a huge wooden horse. The palace also has rich frescoes with symbolic paintings.
