The Academy Gallery is situated in Dorsoduro and is opposite of the Accademia bridge across the Grand Canal and the Accademia water bus landing stage. This gallery is unmissiable whilst visiting Venice. One has to book in advance to avoid crowd in the gallery. There are lots to see in this library spread in 24 rooms with selection of finest works of art.
