Grand Canal
The Grand Canal is a canal which is situated in Venice. It forms one of the major water traffic corridors in the city. The public transport is offered by water buses and private water taxis. One end of the canal leads to the lagoon near Santa Lucia railway station and the other end leads to Saint Mark Basin. This canal is 3,800 miles long and 30-90 meter wide. The best way to see the Grand Canal is by boat.
