Taking a Gondola ride tour through the Venice canals can be romantic and also costly. The fares are standard and rates can go high. There are also forty minute rides, which can be negotiable. At night, these can be high. The Gondolas can hold six people and the gondoliers speak some English, so it is better to opt for one, who can be a good guide too. Taking a ride on Gondola can be a relaxing ride too for visitors.
