The Pilies Street is considered as one of the main streets in the Old Town of Vilnius, the capital of Lithuania. Rather a short street, it runs from the Cathedral Square to the Town Hall Square. Pilies Street is also the most popular street in the city and is generally busy with people buying gifts at Christmas or prior to going abroad to visit friends. There is a market and also souvenir shops at the street which is also known for the Kaziukas Fair.
