Uzupis is a beautiful neighborhood situated in Vilnius and is in Vilnius old town, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Uzupis means, “on the other side of the river” in Lithuania language. The name refers to the Vilnia River. This district has many attractions like art galleries, popular cafes and artist’s workshops too. This district also has its own national anthem, four flags and a bishop.
