Museum of Contemporary Art is located at the Samoilova bb, 1000 in city of Republic of Macedonia. This is an important institution of this nation. The institution aims towards discovering and preserving the national treasures of Macedonia.
The museum hosts enormous number of events and exhibitions to display the heritage and cultural aspects of the country. Countless number of artists from around the globe have arranged the exhibitions of their art creations in this museum.
The building of this museum was built in 1970. The building exhibits a modern style of architecture. The museum holds national and international collections.
The international collection includes modern artwork from around the globe and hundreds of artworks belong from the 1950's to the 1970's. Visitors can see an astonishing creation by renowned artists like Andre Masson, Vojtech Preissing, Fernand Leger, Emil Filla and Jan štursa in this museum.
The museum remains open from 10 am to 5 pm on Tuesday through Sunday.
