The standards of the medical facilities are on par with international standards and the costs are quite high. Petty crimes like theft are common and travellers are advised to make photocopies of travel documents and keep them separate from the originals. Cases of bags being stolen by thieves on motorcycles have been reported. The loss of theft of any important document should immediately be reported to the respective embassy.
