The Erasmus Bridge is unique, bold and a great symbol of a modern and a vibrant city. Built in 1996, the Erasmus Bridge costed almost 365,000,000 and the maximum height of the bridge is 456 and 139 meters long. This is a cable stay bridge which links the northern and the southern halves of the city with a 2,600 foot span in a spectacular style. The structure is known as “The Swan” by the locals as it has graceful posture over the water.
