Grovane Old-Time Railroad
As road happens to run from Kristiansand towards the north. The way followed is between ‘Vennesla’ and ‘Grovane’. From Vennesla, a train has been drawn through an ancient steam locomotive (dating back to 1894). It operates only on Sundays along a 3 mile stretch of age-old ‘Setesdal railroad’.
International Church Music Festival
This festival; which lasts for about a week occurs in early days of May; that too with loads of diverse events. Chamber, orchestral, and choral music gets played in ‘Kristiansand Cathedral’ all through the festival.
