Rynek Glowny is a Polish name to Main Market Square and is also known as Krakow Market Square. This is the main square of the old town, Krakow, in Poland. It dates back to the 13th century and is known as the largest medieval town square in Europe. Some of the main landmarks here are the St. Mary’ s Basilica, the St. Adalbert’ s Church, the Sukiennice, the Adam Mickiewicz Monument and the Town Hall Tower. This square was designed in 1257 by prince of Krakow, Boleslaw V the Chaste.
