The old market central square was established in the year 1253 and is situated on the left bank of the Warta River. It was especially designed with four 141 meter sides. This square is considered as the third biggest square in Poland and each side of the square has three streets which run out of it. Every June, this square is home to some lively street fair, known as Jarmark Swietojanski.
