Monument to the Armia Krajowa in Sopot
The Armia Krajowa Monument in Sopot is dedicated to Poland’s National Army Soldiers and to the Polish resistance movement formed during the later stages of World War II. The Armia Krajowa had first disbanded in 1945 to prevent a slide into armed conflict with the Red Army, although some units decided to continue working undercover. The monument is dedicated those who died or were persecuted during their movement.
The monument is located on Jozefa Czyzewskiego Street. For more information, contact +48 58 551 50 43.
