Warsaw 10
Warsaw is a big city, as safe as any big city, certainly no more dangerous. It is beautiful, with so much to do and see - Old Town is terrific, as is lazienki Park with the Chopin Monument, the Palace on the Water, and the peacocks. The Metropol Hotel, right across from the Palace of Science and Culture, is my very favorite hotel in Europe or North America. I have visited many European cities, and Warsaw is just as beautiful as Paris or Rome or Florence. We visited in the summer of 2011 and loved it so much we are returning for Christmas, 2012.

Kraków 10
KRAKOW - Picturesquely set overlooking the Vistula River, Krakow has a history going back over a thousand years, a host of monuments of Mediaeval, Renaissance, and Baroque architecture, and an old University (founded l364). A looking glass for Polish and European tradition, Krakow was entered in 1978 on the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage List. Krakow - magical city is offering lots of entertainment and attractions for tourists.
