Train is a popular way of getting around in the city of Warsaw. Its subway system, known as Metro, was opened in 1995. It is one of the Europe’s most recent underground railway systems.  

The Metro is operated by Metro Warszawskie. The trains run every day from early morning till midnight at regular interval of 3-10 minutes. The train runs till 3 am on Friday and Saturday.
