The Museum of the Polish Army in Warsaw (or Muzeum Wojska Polskiego) is dedicated to Poland’s armed forces, with a chronological history displaying the Polish army’s specific highlights with suits of armor, crossbows, muskets, medals and paintings packing this rather small and colorless museum.
There’s also an outdoor display that features a collection of 20th century weaponry. If you are a military buff, this place is for you.
Unfortunately, this is another Warsaw museum that could use a modern upgrade with very little exhibit descriptions translated into English. If you are wanting to make the trip though, it would be advisable to bring an English-speaking guide with you. Located on Aleje Jerozolimskie, admission is 10 zloty for adults and 5 zloty for children with Polish audio guides available for 5 zloty. Wednesdays are free.
