Ourem can be described as one of the medieval walled towns within the vicinity of Fatima. It’s a huddle pertaining to narrow lanes as well as picturesque corners in shadow castle of ‘Margraves of Ourem’ castle; which belongs to the fifteenth century Ourem houses a gorgeous Gothic fountain as well. Grave of ‘Dom Afonso de Ourem’ is also found.
