Tourist Guide Lisbon:

Lisbon is set on a seven hills, its population is about 665000.
Restaurants are everywhere and in the evening entry is free; they are crowded of people who look for serenity.
At the night fun is developed around the port.

Lisbon is a small town: you can visit it by feet in few days. Lisbon is recovered by azulejos little blue tiles, introduced by arabs and used in a decorative way. The city is a mix of cultures, arabs, rinascimental, barocs and libety; her buildings are the real example.
Centre is crossed by large, planted with trees streets, with open-bars and buildings in art-nouveau.
The city is divided in two parts, linked by elevator and bus.
The peaceful atmosphere and the cultural variety, made Lisbon one of the most pleasant European cities; and also is a chip place and a focal point to organize tours in other place of Portugal.

Lisbon is a very beautiful city... it has cobblestoned streets, beautiful churches, fairy tale castles, top class restaurants, wonderful cafés, blue skies and lovely beaches and very welcoming people. It is a relatively safe place to walk about, more than adequate transport system and the cake in the icing...very affordable prices. It must be one of the cheapest capital in Europe to visit, where 4 and 5 stars hotels are about a fraction of the price when compared to other European capitals. The food is delicious, and has menus to suit all tastes.Lisbon have something for everyone. Come and visit, you'll never regret it.

A week in Lisbon leaves a pleasant taste in your mouth for the rest of your life. A mix of the Old; Belem, Bairro Alto, Alfama and the New; Parque das Nacoes, UNESCO Heritage sites; Sintra and its Palaces & Castles and UNESCO classified; FADO, Poetry and Guitars strung together in a melancolic cocktail of sorrow, heartbreak, and Saudades. Food & Brink is a fraction of the price in Sydney, Australia.

The best value for the money. Very cheap accomodation, food and transportation and a lot of places to see. The significant minus for continental Portugal is the fact that you can not swim, not even in august (water temperature is not more than 18 C), but is very good for surfers.

A city with a splendorous view over the river Tagus, and with a amazing sunlight over its hills. Impressive monuments display the remains of what once was the most important city/harbor of Europe.
