Odivelas is a beautiful city in Portugal having a population of 50,846 inhabitants. Composed of seven parishes, this city is precisely located to the northwest of Lisbon spreading over a total area of 26.1 square kilometers. Whilst here, one can visit the popular monument, Convent of Saint Denis of Odivelas, which was founded by King Dinis I in 1295. This convent is worth seeing for its interesting architectural work in Baroque and Manueline styles. Other sites include the Odivelas Memorial, the Aguas Livres Aqueduct and many more.
