Olhão is a city in the Algarve region, in the southern part of Portugal. It is really close to Faro, which is the capital city of that region. The city itself has a population of approximately 31.100 inhabitants. Olhão includes a mainland part and the Armona island.
Worth visiting places in Olhão include the Capela do Espirito Santo, the curch of Nostra Senora do Soledad, called also the small church or "igreja pequena", and the Mercados Municipais.
