Everybody knows the legend of Dracula, and at the same time everyone is scared and fascinated about it, and Go Romania Tours gives to its customers the opportunity to live for real the atmospheres narrated by Bram Stoker on his masterpiece.
The tour named “On the Trail of Dracula” departs from Bucharest and it’s designed to give tourists a taste of Transylvania, just in 3 days.
At the Airport you meet your English speaking guide, who immediately pick you up to visit the ruins of the Poenari Castle, which is referred to be the real Dracula Castle. 1400 stairs await for you to hike to the top of the castle, where you have a stunning view of the complete area.
Then, in the afternoon tourists go to have a visit to the Bran Castle, where movies and fiction were played. In the evening a guided visit to Brasov.
The second day, in the morning there is a short tour trough Brasov, before leaving to reach the city of Sighisora, the birth place of Vlad Tepes, alias Dracula.
The third day begins with a tour of Peles Palaca in Sinaia, nestled in an incredible scenery. Then while coming back to Bucharest, there is a stop at Snagov Lake, where the guide brings tourists to visit the little island in the midst of the lake, where it is supposed that the tomb of Dracula is preserved.
Once in Bucharest, the services end, but upon request there is the possibility to extend the tour.
