Gorky Park is located across the Moska River from Park Kultury Metro Station. This park is named after Maxim Gorky and is considered as one of the most popular places in Moscow. The Gorky Central park opened in 1928 and is an amusement park and is situated at Krymsky Val. It covers an area of 300 acres along the river and was created by the amalgamation of extended gardens of the old Golitsyn hospital along with the Neskuchny Palace.
