Moscow has coldest climates in the month of January and February with average temperature of -9 degree Celsius. The first snow falls at the end of the October and is till the beginning of April. During the summer time, the temperature reaches to 18 degree Celsius. The warmer climates are considered as the July and August months when the tourist can frequently visit the city.
