Ljubljana Packing List

When visiting more cities than Ljubljana, it is advisable to bring along a sweater or a jacket to protect you from the cold. Also pack an umbrella and good walking shoes if you plan to do a bit of hiking or walking around.

Rainfall is unpredictable and frequent, so it is advisable to pack a raincoat too. It is sensible to bring your own toiletries as most hotels are not very well stocked.

Wheeled luggage and bags are easier to move, especially at busy train and bus stations.

Credit cards are widely accepted and should be brought as they come in handy. Bring sufficient lotions, creams and conditioners as not all brands are readily available in Ljubljana.

If planning to go clubbing or to an upmarket disco, pack trendy, smart casuals and a sports jacket for men.
