Our Cooking Holidays are centred on typical Spanish and Andalusian cooking, Tapas and Fish; we will prepare together many authentic recipes of our varied and tasty cuisine. Farthermore, we think in the importace of a seasonal cook, that's why we tend to use the freshest ingredients organically grown on our garden or from our neighbouring farms.
