The Mezquita is a Roman Catholic cathedral and also a former mosque which is located in Cordoba city in Spain. Originally it was a church but after the conquest of the Muslim, it was used as a mosque. This historic building is known as the second largest mosque in the world and also the most accomplished monument of the Umayyad dynasty of Cordoba.
