The summer seasons are hot and dry and so the best time of the year to visit Cordoba is during the cooler autumn and spring months. At this time of the year, one can find villages which still hold their Spanish values which have almost disappeared from the Costas towards the south. At the month of May, there is a biggest festival which is held in this city.
