C339 goes on to cross the ‘river’; thereby having run in north-west direction via gorgeous scenery. A side-road turns-off towards the left. It then goes through ‘Montejaque’ to ‘Benaojan’; adjacent to which Cuevas de la Pileta, i.e. stalactitic caves containing realistic ‘Stone Age’ paintings of ‘animals’ are situated.
