Belchite is a beautiful village situated in Zaragoza in Spain. At present, one can see Belchite historic city as it was left in 1937. These are some rare monuments which have visitors each year exploring its beauty and remains. This historic site is a must see when visiting Zaragoza. The area was witness to the Battle of Maria in 1809 between French and Spanish forces.

Belchite is a village situated in Zaragoza in Spain and is the capital of Campo de Belchite comarca. Worth visiting historic village known popularly for the Spanish Civil War of 1936, Belchite offers visitors sights to see. These sights are the ruins of old monuments though the beauty exists till date. Other than this, one can see the parish church of San Martin, the Clock Tower, the Convent of San Rafael and many more.
