The island of Ibiza provides excellent shopping options, which is so typical of Spain. The numerous shops at the beachfront stay open until late hours and most shops in Ibiza open seven days a week during the high season. The Market place provides an ideal place to buy for some of the freshest food and products at reasonable price. The shops can be found in historic areas of Ibiza, tourist centers, beachfront and harbors. The shops sell espadrilles, beach mats and sun block creams. The shops at the market place also sell vegetables and local produce, domestic items, clothes, jewelry and leather goods.
