Castillo de Bellver is a circular castle situated on a hill near to the Palma de Mallorca on the Majorca Island. Built in the 14th century for King James II of Aragon, this castle was more used as a military prison during the 18th and 19th centuries. Presently, this site is known to be one of the main tourist attractions of the island. Looking at this historic building standing still intact, it is hard to digest that this castle is around 700 years old.
