The Guggenheim Museum in Bilbao is known for its collection of contemporary art.
The Guggenheim Museum, located on the bank of River Nervion, Spain, is designed by the famous architect Frank Gehry and is an architectural landmark. The design of the museum is a major reason for drawing huge crowds from all over the world. Opened in the year 1997, this museum has carved out an important position for itself.
The museum is famous for its unique collection of contemporary plastic works of the twentieth century. The exhibitions are generally based on certain themes. It houses the works of famous artists like Francesco Clemente, Jenny Holzer, Nakaya and so forth.
