Bilbao has a typical maritime climate and there is no major temperature fluctuation as such the year round. The winter season is mild and the climate during the summer season is hot and sticky too. So, at this time the tourist find it reliable to opt for sun bathing to the nearby sandy beaches. Spring too is rather pleasant with average temperature of 14 degree Celsius in the month of February.
